Baked Italian Meatballs

1# ground beef
8oz ground turkey
3 T Italian Herb Seasoning
1 egg
2 T balsamic vinegar
½ C chopped onions
1 C tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together all the ingredients except for the tomato sauce. Mix with your hands until well incorporated. Roll into small meatballs, about 1½” diameter, and place into a baking dish. Place in oven for 8 minutes, then pour tomato sauce over meatballs. Bake until meatballs are cooked through (another 5-7 minutes).
