3# Short Ribs
2 T JK’s Bloody Mary Spice
2 T Oil
2 C Beer
2 C Bloody Mary Mix

Heat oil in large sauté pan. Season short ribs with Vulcan’s Fire Salt. Sear until brown (about 10 minutes).
Reduce heat and add beer. Simmer for 20 minutes.

Add Bloody Mary Mix and simmer for another 20-30 minutes, or until ribs are cooked through. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
