2- 12oz Lobster Tails, shells cut down middle
2 T unsalted Butter, melted
2 T Lemon Pepper
1 t Vanilla Bean Seeds

Heat a grill until hot. Place 1 T oil, 1 T Lemon Pepper seasoning, and ½ t of vanilla bean seeds on each lobster tail.
Place on hot grill, flesh side down, for 10 minutes. Flip over and cook until flesh is firm and tails curl.
