Steak Fajitas

8 oz Sirloin Tip Strip Steak, cut into strips
2 T Fajita Blend
1½ C Red Onion, sliced
1½ C Green Bell Pepper, sliced
1 C rich beef stock
Oil/Cooking Spray if desired (optional)

Sprinkle the Fajita Seasoning onto the steak pieces.
Heat a griddle or sauté pan until very hot. Add the steak and brown for 2-3 minutes.
Add the onions and bell peppers and brown for 2-3 more minutes.
Add the stock and cook for 1 minute then add ½ C water. Simmer until the water is reduced to a thick sauce.

Yields: 2-3 servings
