2 Pork Chops
1 T Butter
3 T Bourbon Maple BBQ
¼ C Red Onion
2 chopped Peaches, split in half

Rub 1 T onto each pork chop. Sprinkle 1 T onto cut side of peaches.

Heat butter in large pan until melted. Place peaches cut side down and brown for 2-3 Min. Remove

Add pork and sear 5-6 Min per side. Place peaches on top after the flip. Cook pork until done. Sprinkle red onion over and serve.
