4 boneless skinless chicken breasts


1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 TBSP lemon juice
4 TBSP Tandoori Seasoning
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 TBSP Cilantro

Whisk together all marinade ingredients until blended. Place marinade in a large zip lock bag and add chicken breasts. Allow to marinate at least 30 minutes or overnight.

Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Cook chicken on the grill over medium heat 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked through. If cooking on stovetop, use 1 TBSP oil and heat  in pan, then place chicken and cook over medium heat. 5 minutes on the one side, then 6 to 7 minutes until cooked.

Serve over rice.
