2 C Garbanzo Beans, rinsed 1 C Pistachios
½ C Red Onion, chopped
1 T Red Wine Vinegar
3 T Moroccan Lemon Seasoning
½ C Olive Oil
¼ C Cilantro, chopped

Pulse garbanzos, pistachios, onion, red wine vinegar and Moroccan Lemon Seasoning in the bowl of a food processor.  Drizzle oil with processor running until smooth paste takes form.  Scrape down sides of container.  Empty into serving bowl and mix in cilantro.  Serve with veggies or pita chips.
