1 C chopped red onion
¾ C chopped red bell pepper
¼ C chopped cilantro
1½ C fresh strawberries, de-stemmed and sliced
1 T minced garlic
1 T olive oil
1 T balsamic vinegar
2 T Old Havana Seasoning

Add all ingredients together and refrigerate at least an hour to allow flavors to mix.  Serve with Spinach Salad or Grilled Salmon
