Ingredients:

1 pound Ground Beef
2 Avocados, sliced
3 T TexMex Chili & BBQ Rub
2 T Cornmeal
½ Jalapeno, chopped
¾C Red Onion, chopped
4 Strips Bacon
2 Hamburger Buns

Cook bacon in pan until crisp (5 Min).  Remove.

Mix ground beef, 2 T Seasoning, jalapeno and red onions to make 2 patties (or 4 smaller patties).  Sear patties in pan until desired doneness (6-8 Min per side).

Toss 1 T Seasoning with 2 T cornmeal and then coat avocado slices.  Fry avocado slices in pan until coating is crisp (2-3 Min).  Place burgers on bun and top with avocado slices and bacon
