2 C white grapes, de-stemmed
1 C walnut pieces
2 T blue cheese
1 T minced garlic
1 T Italian Herbs
2 C mesclun mix greens

Combine grapes, walnuts and blue cheese and chop toughly.  Add garlic and Italian Herb Seasoning, season to taste and blend until incorporated.  Serve 1 C grapes salad over 1 C greens.
