2# Chuck Round, sliced thin
2 T Sesame Oil
3 T Sweet Chili Garlic Seasoning
¼ C Garlic, minced
2 T Oyster Sauce
¼ C Ginger, shredded
½ C Plum Preserves
2 T Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Heads Baby Bok Choy, quartered
Combine all ingredients except for bok choy. Marinate 1-2 hours.
Heat wok until very hot. Add marinated ingredients and stir-fry until beef is nearly done (about 8-10 Min.). Add bok choy and cook until just wilted (4-5 Min.).
