Charred Kale Salad with Feta Cheese


4 C Kale

2 C salad Pasta, cooked

3 T Moroccan Lemon Seasoning    

1 T Olive Oil

½ C Onions, chopped

1 C Mushroom, sliced

1 C Artichokes, chopped

½ C Feta Cheese

1 T Red Wine Vinegar



Mix Kale with 1 T oil and 2 T seasoning.  Throw kale on a hot griddle (or pan) and char for 3-4 Min.  Add to pasta, onions, mushrooms, artichokes, 1 T seasoning and red wine vinegar.  Mix well.  Top with feta and serve.
