1# Chicken Tenders                                         1 C Cheddar Cheese, shredded                   3 T Smooth Ranch Seasoning                     1 T Butter                                                             1 Egg (beaten with 2 T water)                     ¼ C Flour                                                              3 C Broccoli florets, blanched


Mix 2 T flour and 1 T Ranch.  Dredge chicken in flour and coat with egg wash.  Mix 2 T flour, 1 T Ranch and ¾ C cheese.  Dredge chicken in cheese mixture until all are well coated.

Heat a wide pan until hot.  Melt butter and brown chicken 5-8 M in per side.  Remove chicken and add broccoli.  Add 1 T Ranch and sauté until broccoli is warm (4-6 Min).  Return chicken to pan and sprinkle ¼ cheese over.  Serve once cheese is melted.
