2 T-Bone Steaks

3 T Andouille Creole Seasoning

2 C Traditional Grits

2 C Tomato Sauce

1/2 C Cream

2 T Oil

1/2 C Manchego Cheese, shredded

2 C Beef Stock



Preheat broiler to high.  Rub 1  T seasoning into each steak.  Bring 1 T seasoning + 2 C tomato sauce + 2 C beef stock to boil.  Slowly add grits 1/4 C at a time, stirring until all are absorbed.

Broil steaks for 8-12 Min or until reach desired temperature.  While steaks are cooking, stir cream and cheese into grits until smooth (about 3-6 Min).  Serve when steaks are ready.
