Sear bacon in pan 6-8 Min. Remove. Brown garlic and remove. Brush apples with bacon grease and sprinkle on 2 T herbs de Lafayette. Heat grill until hot and grill apple slices 5-6 Min per side. In a small saucepan, mix bacon, bacon grease, blackberries, brown sugar 1 T Herbs de Lafayette and red wine vinegar. Simmer 3-4 Min or until sugar is dissolved. Divide arugula between 2-4 plates depending on size of salad. Divide apple slices, goat cheese crumbles and almonds as well. Top with warm dressing.
