Directions:

1 large Hambone        3 T Italian Bread Dip

2 C Zucchini, sliced     1 C Onion, chopped

1 C Carrots, chopped   1 C Celery, chopped

1 Potato, medium dice ¾ C Cabbage, shredded

2 C White Beans, soaked     2 C Tomatoes

Instructions:

Place hambone in large stockpot with 12 C water and 2 T Italian Bread Dip Seasoning.  Add all ingredients except beans and simmer for 2+ hours.  Add beans and simmer 30 more minutes.  Serve in bowls and sprinkle remaining seasoning onto soup.
