2 C Fresh Corn Kernels
½ C Jalapenos, minced
3 T Sazon Adobo Seasoning
1 C Tomatoes, chopped
½ C Bell Peppers, minced
2 Eggs, beaten
½ C Flour
½ C Milk
½ C Cornmeal
Oil for Frying

Mix flour, cornmeal and Adobo seasoning together.  Add milk and eggs and stir until a stiff batter forms.  Add corn, jalapenos, tomatoes and bell peppers and stir until well incorporated.  Heat oil to 375˚.  Drop batter into oil and fry 5-6 Min per side.  Drain on paper towels.  Serve with sour cream or salsa
