INGREDIENTS

2# Chuck Roast, sliced thin

3 T Teriyaki Spice

1# Brussels Sprouts, trimmed, scored and blanched

1 C Rice, cooked                  1 C Pea Pods, sliced

½ C carrots, sliced             8oz Mushrooms, sliced

1 T Oil

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub beef with 2 T Teriyaki Spice. Heat oil in large pan until hot. Sear beef 6-8 Minutes Add Sprouts and sauté until 4-5 Min until brown. Add Carrots, Pea Pods, Mushrooms and 1 T spice.  Stir and cook until vegetables reach desired doneness.  Warm rice and serve.
