- 1 head of fresh cauliflower florets
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 T Pizzaioli Seasoning
Combine all dry ingredients together until well blended and then add milk and water and whisk until well blended with no lumps.
Add cauliflower to batter and mix well to ensure they are evenly coated. Remove florets one at a time and transfer to a separate dish so that excess batter can run off.
Coat air fryer basket with non-stick spray or oil and place florets in single layer, not touching one another
Cook at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve immediately and enjoy!!!
