Ingredients

2# Ground Turkey(or 1# gr. Turkey and 1# gr. Beef)
3 T+ Pizzaioli Seasoning
2 C Flour
2 t Baking Powder
1 C Onion, chopped
3 C Tomato Sauce
½ C Parmesan Cheese
2 T Olive Oil
2 C Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder and 1 T seasoning.  Stir in up to 2 C of warm water until dough forms.  Roll out the dough and line a deep 9×12 baking dish with it.  Mix meat, 2 T seasoning and the onion until well incorporated.  Roll into 1” meatballs.  In a wide pan, heat oil to medium.  Sear meatballs 4 MIN per side.  Place on top of dough, add tomato sauce and top with both cheeses.  Bake at 350˚ for 50 to 60 MIN.  Top with more seasoning if desired.
