1# Large Shrimp, shelled and deveined
3 T Mango Habanero Seasoning 
 Oil for frying
1 T Oil
2 C Rice, cooked
4oz Cashews
½ C Red Bell Pepper, chopped
2 T Rice Flour
1 Egg
Sprinkle 2 T Seasoning on shrimp.  Add 1 T seasoning to rice and bell peppers.  Mix egg in with rice.  Pulse cashews in food processer with 2 T rice flour until evenly blended.  Roll rice mixture into 1” balls and coat in rice flour.  Bring the oil for frying up to temperature.  Begin frying rice balls 5-6 Min or until golden brown.  Drain on paper towels.
In the meantime, heat 1 T oil in a large pan until hot.  Sauté shrimp (or grill on hot grill) until cooked through (about 4-5 Min).  Serve shrimp with rice balls.
