2 Large Whitefish Filets
3 T Italian Bread Dip
1 Egg blended with 2 T water
½ C Breadcrumbs
1 C Kalamata Olives, chopped
2 C White Beans, canned
1 C Tomatoes, chopped
1 C Artichokes, chopped
½ C Red Onions, chopped


Preheat oven to 400˚.  Mix breadcrumbs with 2 T Seasoning.  Dip whitefish in egg and then dredge in breadcrumbs.  Place olives, white beans, artichokes, tomatoes, onions and 1 T seasoning in baking dish and bake for 15 to 20 MIN.  Place fish on top and bake until breading is crisp and fish are cooked (another 15 to 20 MIN).
