12 Large Chicken Wings, drumsticks attached
4 T Buffalo Wing Spice  
2 C Chicken Stock
½ C Flour
2/3 C Blue Cheese
1 C Cream Cheese, room temp.
4 T Butter, melted


Place wings in pan large enough to contain them all.  Add stock and 1 T Seasoning.  Cover and simmer for 15 Min or until nearly cooked through.  Remove and let cool.
Mix flour and 2 T Seasoning together.  Coat wings in flour mixture.  Heat oil and fry chicken until golden brown (3-4 Min per side).  Mix together blue cheese, cream cheese and 2 T oil used to deep frying to make dip.  Melt butter with 1 T Seasoning and pour over chicken just out of fryer.
